Oei ik groei..

Huildagen kunnen een sprongetje betekenen. In het boek 'Oei ik groei' wordt dit mooi beschreven, maar wat als de huildagen helemaal niet overeenkomen met de periode die ze in het boek aangeven? Elk kindje is verschillend, dus kan het sprongetje ook veel eerder of later plaatsvinden?

Senne lijkt steeds meer te gaan huilen. Dat zou ook normaal zijn heb ik gelezen, rond de 6 weken ligt de piek, maar ik ga zo twijfelen of ik wel op de goede manier op haar huilen reageer. Ik volg altijd maar mijn gevoel, maar wat als ze straks verwend is door te veel geknuffel of zich juist alleen voelt omdat ik niet gelijk reageer op het huilen?

Hoi Dionne,

Bij mij komt het ook nooit helemaal overeen...baby's hebben gewoon goede en slechte dag en soms vallen die slechte dagen samen met een sprongetje. En soms lijken ze gewoon geen logische verklaring te hebben, maar hebben baby's gewoon een 'off-day' of zo.
Ik vraag me ook steeds af of ik Esther niet verkeerd gedrag aanleer door haar steeds meteen op te pakken als ze brult (is natuurlijk wel verkeerd gedrag belonen). Maar als ik haar laat krijsen (aan jengelen doet ze niet...) ben ik weer bang dat ze straks niet veilig gehecht is en zich zo alleen voelt. Ik lees dus met je mee...ben erg benieuwd hoe anderen dit ervaren.

nou zeg,je geduld word hier op het forum wel erg op de proef gesteld
nog maar een keer.
sprongetjes schijnen wel precies in een bepaald stadium te vallen,net als de ontwikkeling voor de geboorte.maar huilen hoeft niet perse een sprongetje te zijn.
ik zou ook huilen als ik zo klein was en de wereld zo groot en ik niks anders kon dan dat(heb ik ws ook gedaan 29 jaar geleden)
ik geloof er niet in dat je ze kan verwennen met oppakken.een pasgeborene hoort dicht bij zn moeder te zijn.heeft geborgenheid nodig.dat is de basis voor vertrouwen en gevoel van zekerheid voor de rest van hun leven.

Lastig dilemma, niet? Laten huilen of niet? Je leest zo veel, je hoort zo veel, maar helaas, niemand zal je ooit met zekerheid kunnen zeggen wat het juiste is voor jouw baby... Soms zou dat toch erg lekker zijn, hoeven wij niet in kringetjes na te denken, zullen we zus of zullen we zo?
Dus je gevoel (moederinstinct?) is het beste waar je op kunt varen, denk ik. Niemand kent je kleintje zo goed als jij, toch? En ik ben bang dat we deze onzekerheid nog jaren zullen houden, een jaartje of twintig misschien, ha, ha!
Gelukkig kunnen we gezellig tegen elkaar zeuren... Lucht toch een beetje op al die herkenning!
